Attached here you will find a questionnaire that can be used to help determine which of the Five Element personality types you most closely match.
Download the appropriate version in spreadsheet format (Excel or Numbers):
When you open the Questionnaire you will see a list of 125 statements, to the left of each is checkbox. Carefully read each statement and click on the checkbox next to it if you feel the statement is true for you. Leave the check box blank if that statement does not apply to you.
Each checkbox is a ‘toggle’ so if you change your mind or make a mistake, click on the checkbox again.
Do not over-think each question – answer as spontaneously and honestly as possible.
Do not change any of the formats in the spreadsheet!!
If you open the spreadsheet on a mobile device, it might open in a read-only format. To make it so that you can change the tick boxes, you will need to save the spreadsheet to the device then open the Numbers or Excel app on the device and load the saved file from there.

When I receive your completed questionnaire, the spreadsheet automatically analyses your responses so I do not look at your particular ticks. Your individual responses are therefore pretty much anonymous.
I can then send you the analysis for your result!
